Lesson 1

In this short lesson you will be explained what to do if you have any feelings during the practice.


Lesson 2

In this lesson, you'll dive into the basics of Namaste yoga, starting with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body. We'll focus on mindful breathing centered on the diaphragm and the mantra "SO HAM", guiding our attention inward to the third eye. We'll conclude with a brief meditation to observe inner changes, and I encourage you to jot down your insights for better assimilation.


Lesson 3

We delve into activating the lower centers, mainly through leg work, while prioritizing proper breathing. Focus on inhaling deeply to expand the stomach, envisioning it like a ball, and exhaling while gently drawing the stomach in. This breath pattern underpins our practice for the coming days, fostering alignment and presence. Remember to listen to your body and ask questions if needed.


Lesson 4

We focus on ankle exercises and mastering the MAHA BANDHA (great lock) technique. This involves engaging three key locks: crotch, stomach, and throat.


Lesson 5

We target the ankles and knees with exercises aimed at cleansing the lower centers. These practices are particularly effective in releasing emotions of fear and anger, fostering emotional clarity and balance.


Lesson 6

We focus on our belly and sexual center, recognizing them as the core of our life force. By relaxing the stomach, we cultivate comfort and invite a sense of calm into our being.
Through targeted exercises, we aim to clear feelings of guilt, liberating ourselves from their burdensome weight.


Lesson 7

We dedicate our practice to the solar plexus, the epicenter of our power and vitality, housing a vast network of nerve nodes. This crucial center requires special attention to harness its full potential. As we breathe, we focus on inhaling into the center and exhaling to the side, directing our energy with intention and precision.


Lesson 8

In today's session, our attention is on the shoulder and thoracic regions as we engage our shoulder blades to promote back health and enhance shoulder joint flexibility.
Through targeted exercises, we aim to strengthen the muscles surrounding the shoulders and thoracic spine, improving posture and mobility. By utilizing the shoulder blades effectively, we enhance stability and range of motion in our upper body.


Lesson 9

It is the last lesson of this course. Experience the transformative power of breathing exercises and witness the profound changes within yourself through the practice of MAHAMRITANJAYA KRIYA YOGA for awakening Kundalini.

Under Swami Advaitananda's guidance, I delved deep into the practice of MAHAMRITANJAYA KRIYA YOGA for awakening Kundalini. Each day, from the early hours of dawn, I dedicated myself to these ancient techniques, experiencing profound shifts within myself.
