I was struggling with tension and stress. This course became incredibly therapeutic and helped me release so much pent-up tension! Plus, the instructor provided helpful guidance on how to focus your mind and visualize yourself letting go of stress and anxiety. I can't say enough good things about this course - you must try it if your problems are similar to mine.

I used to feel anxious all the time, but since starting the Embodied course, I've learned how to shift into a more resourceful state. The lessons on how to connect with your motion and emotions are amazing. I even find that I'm able to approach challenges with a more positive and proactive mindset now that I have these tools in my self-care toolkit.

I've become much more aware of my emotions and how they affect my body since starting this course. Teacher offers practical tips and exercises for observing your feelings without judgment and responding to them in a healthy way. I feel more in tune with myself and my needs now!

Learning at home has been a game-changer for me. In a way it has replaced therapy. The lessons are broken down into easily manageable chunks, so I can fit them into my schedule without feeling overwhelmed. What a fun addition to the actual distressing purpose of the course overall:)

I loved this course much more than I expected, at first I didn't really understand how it would be helpful but I am so glad I did buy it. So easy, freestyle-ish mechanics helps to reduce stress and actually make me go through the week haha.

I have been practicing with Dina for about two months, and I already feel the progress in the ways I sense my body. Dina in a very gentle, attentive and caring way offer me trying different poses, and I opened some things I have not opened in two years psychotherapy. Home tasks assist me in applying positive changes in every day. It is amazing that there is embodiment and Dina as a caring, attentive and experienced guide in it.

Appreciations to my friends and colleagues for sharing the exercises which help to develop and work on the inner states. When I was doing the exercise from Dina "What water is like?", I woke up in the morning, took a glass of water... and at this moment I have realized that it is the first my day starts with, and it is the basic need. I asked myself a question: what do i need as water? The answer came to me, but I did not stop. I took my earphones, switched my favorite music, and the music started to surround me, and I became a water in my dancing. Thank you, Dina, as in the exercise I realized that this all is about me and my view of the new relationships.
