- Exercise to open the eyes.
This exercise works the circular muscles of the eye. We take our index and middle fingers and place them on the corners of the eyes. We place them lightly but firmly and begin to squeeze the lower eyelids 20 times.

You can lift the tips of the eyebrows just a millimetre or so. Make sure that there are no wrinkles. Look straight ahead. Begin to open and relax the upper eyelid. Open it more, relax it, open it, relax it. Do this 10-15 times.
Now look down and do the same. Do this exercise 10 times.
