I want to leave a review and thank the author for the very fun and unusual course. I bought it because I thought this would be a great way to teach my kids to understand rhythm and make them more attracted to music and dance. While we studied the lessons together I found myself very involved in the process. Had a great time and my kids are obsessed with Konnakol now.

I heard about Konnakol from my friend and she encouraged me to purchase the course. Lessons are short - you never get bored with them. A lot of practice, easy navigation so I could rewind a bit to repeat the part I wanted to master. Now I have one more creative tool that helps to develop concentration and warm up both body and voice. Could be useful for many. Course totally worth the price.

I am a musician and I also teach in the music school. Got this course first of all to get acquainted with this exotic technique for myself but now I imply it to my work. Konnakol is great for people to open up, strengthen their creativity, expression and sense of the rhythm. Adult people overcome their shyness and blockages with it.

I am a beginner beatboxer and this course has helped me to improve my skills. Through the lessons I have learned how to control my voice and mouth muscles better. Another thing is I've learned to improvise with ease by the end of this course. Coolest thing is I always can come back and watch it again. Shout out to the course creator.

I was surprised how well structured this course is. Not only theory and practice of the Konnakol itself are given but also basis on what is timing and how to use for your performance. Then Alex explains how to breath and make transitions. This approach is absolutely incredible and highly professional. Course worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Why choose this course?
Konnakol is an ancient Indian system for developing a perfect sense of rhythm.
In Konnakol, the instrument for learning rhythm is the voice, with which special syllables are pronounced. This gives you the opportunity to sound distinctive and deep, to maximize your inner world through sound.
The advantage of this musical practice is that it is versatile and very easy, it does not require special talents or additional instruments. People of all ages and even children can practice it.
Also, with the help of Konnakol new neural connections are actively formed in the brain, which helps to improve memory, concentration, and attention. Stress and anxiety levels decrease and mood improves.
The teacher, Alex Ostapenko, is a great fan of Konnakol.
To learn these arts he traveled to India, Brazil, Peru, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Greece. He was participating and teaching and the most respected festivals of body music.
He has gathered all his knowledge in this course and is happy to share it. All you need to learn is 5-10 minutes of free time and a willingness to have a new, magical musical experience.
To deepen the understanding of rhythm, the author included exercises on corpus percussion in the course. To learn konnakol ideas and then reproduce them on your body. It's fun, it's freedom and self-expression. To understand much better how to apply konnakol to other musical instruments.
