What Will You Need For This Course
To receive the full benefits of Mana Movement practice, it is recommended that you:
- ensure you have privacy and will be undisturbed for the duration of the practice. Your capacity to "go deep" is in direct relationship to how safe you feel in your surroundings and your chosen practice space.
- have enough space around you to sit comfortably in a half-lotus position and move your arms freely at full range in all directions
- place something cushioned under your body, like a yoga mat or rug
- give yourself at least 10 minutes of post-practice integration (you may feel tired, nauseated, emotional, aroused, sensitive, inspired... it is best to give space to allow these energies to run through naturally and honor what your body needs)

This Foundational MANA Movement course gives access to TWO full length practices which help you bring into deep communion with your entire body, both physically and energetically. Through the consistent practice of MANA Movement, you will be able to strengthen your connection to self and cultivate an unwavering inner sanctuary filled with a sense of peace, safety, expansion, and freedom.
By practicing MANA Movement, you will be able to:

Each module includes a video introduction to explain the structure and concept of the practice, plus the full length video guided practice.
The first MANA Movement practice
Throughout this practice you will be able to explore the foundational seated movement patterns, focused on activating the central channel of the body from root to crown, through the spine, as well as opening the channels through the arms. This practice introduces conscious breathing patterns to support deep release and opening. You will also dive into your free movement exploration, discovering your own unique way of moving in circles, spirals, and waves.
The second MANA Movement practice
The second practice is an evolution of the first one. In this practice, you will be able to travel through all four body positions, moving from seated all the way to standing, and activating the Feminine Pathways through all channels of the body. You will conclude the practice with a full body free movement exploration to activate your authentic expression and step forward as the ultimate creator of your life.

Mana Mei

Mana Mei is professional dancer, performer, and International Leader in the Art of Feminine Embodiment. She is the founder of Liberation Through Movement, a lifestyle and personal transformation business that realigns women with their power to step forward as the ultimate creators of their lives through the modality of embodied dance and intentional movement.
Mana is a sacred space creator and ritual movement ceremonialist, as well as a professional dancer and performer with over 20 years of classical dance training.
Through her life-long studies of classical dance techniques and over 10 years of exploring non-traditional movement techniques, Mana has discovered the immense healing power of movement and is passionate about sharing this wisdom with people all over the world.
