On this course I have combined classical Pilates exercises and a special breathing technique, thanks to which you will not only make your body strong and flexible, but also relax your breathing muscles and work very well the deep muscles of the abdomen and buttocks.
I am a body therapist, psychologist, sexologist and certified trainer of the international Pilates school "Pilates Polestar" and all my practice has been searching for the most effective methods of working with the consequences of stress in the body.
On the course you will learn what is correct physiological breathing and you will be able to regain a healthy breathing pattern, release the effects of stress in the body in the form of chronic tension of the diaphragm and the pelvic floor.
The elasticity of the respiratory diaphragm determines the state of the deep abdominal muscles: the pelvic floor, transverse abdominal muscles and small muscles that hold the spine.
By restoring healthy physiological breathing we affect areas such as:

Stress ruthlessly affects the body: the body shrinks, breathing becomes shallow. Accumulated stress spasms the respiratory muscles and we forget how to breathe deeply. But healthy breathing is a natural massage of the internal organs, the key to elasticity of the pelvic floor muscles and a beautiful abdomen.
In this lesson you will learn about the correct physiological breathing, understand how and learn how to breathe correctly. You will feel how the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles are switched on simply by breathing.
This lesson is a basic one, having mastered it, you can move on with the programme, enriching your training.
In this class you will work your abdominal and buttock muscles very well. The tone of these muscles determines not only the appearance of our figure, but also the health of our spine. Take your time with the more advanced exercises: it is very important to master this breathing technique so that your muscles are properly engaged.
In this lesson, you will work your abdominal muscles well with an emphasis on the oblique abdominal muscles, which makes your abdomen firm and tight. You will also strengthen your back muscles in this lesson.
In this lesson we will do more advanced exercises for the abdominal muscles, work on the lateral line of the body and the back muscles. This lesson will give you a good workout on your core muscles and you will feel your abdominal muscles and waist stronger.
This class is designed to strengthen your core, increase spinal flexibility, open your chest, and strengthen your back muscles. Exercises in a sitting position and you can do them directly on a chair.

In this class you will work your leg muscles, core muscles, especially the pelvic floor muscles and with lateral line of the body. This class will also make your spine flexible.

In this class you will work your leg muscles, especially your butt muscles, core muscles and back muscles. This is the most difficult task, but you can do it correctly if you have mastered all the previous ones well. After this class, you will feel your buttocks have worked hard.
I recommend doing this course in a circle, every day a new lesson. You can do one lesson a day or several at once, combining them at your discretion. But the most important thing in this practice is regularity!

I am Tatiana Saxon and I have been working as a body therapist for more than 18 years. I have been trained in many areas in the field of restorative fitness, and I am also a certified trainer at the international Pilates school Polestar Pilates. I help people to get rid of chronic tension in the body and get the body in shape using a combination of techniques in my work.
Additionally, I have studied a lot about the effects of stress and suppressed emotions on the body and see the main problem in chronic tension of the diaphragm and pelvic floor.
Usually We do not feel tension in the diaphragm and pelvic floor itself, but we suffer from the influence of this tension on other organs and systems.
By restoring the elasticity of the diaphragm, we directly affect our posture, freedom in the back, sacrum, well-being, sleep and the ability to relax and experience deep orgasms during sexual intimacy. The abdominal and pelvic floor muscles are naturally activated by restoring the natural breathing pattern.
