Gulnazira - you are the Teacher of life for me. I took a course on the 7 steps of transformation 2 years ago. This course brought me back to normal life after depression. The practices work instantly, sometimes I wondered, "Is it even real?". By doing Qigong I lost 10 kilos in weight. Now I am on sick leave with covid. Constantly fighting the fever, but decided to do energy and breathing practices. Oh my god, my condition improved, it was easier to breathe, as if my lungs were open and the whole body was warm. And before it, my feet and hands were cold. I did this experiment 3 times and got the same result. How does the health improve after only 10 minutes of exercise? It is amazing! I will write my understanding and feeling about what I am getting! The first one was the 7-step course. At that point I was taking care of my mom, she was dying and fading day after day. My husband wasn't exactly loyal, I was cornered, mentally depressed, and living on autopilot. This course saved me from something very scary, I could have ended up like my mom. Your knowledge which out to be a cure for many illnesses, little by little I began to put myself first, then to hear a little, then to feel. Now I am beginning to understand myself a little. I try to take all the courses that I have had this year. All the webinars, all the marathons! Always helpful information. Something I need to hear at the moment! Online practices- that is what starts my morning. My routine is a glass of water, oil in my mouth, practice, and breathing! I have learned to notice the good things in life! To be happy! Oh! Gulnazira! Hello, I watched day 1 of the webinar yesterday. This is the second time, I like it, and I like everything you do! So here it is! Dancing - I cried! I sobbed out loud for a long time After the dance! My husband did not know what to do. Usually - the ice helped, but yesterday we finally talked about important things! And then he wouldn't let go of me all night and was looking for me during my sleep.

Gulnazira! I adore you!!! What a blessing that I found you! Saw you on BST! Even though I have not watched any news channel for about 4 years! The week before that, in late March, after an appointment in the antenatal clinic. I was prescribed a bunch of medicines and told to sit quietly at home (complete peace and not to raise my 2-year-old son! (and I was pregnant with him during my entire pregnancy)) It was a shock for me! My family took care of me and did not tell much (and worked all these days). And at home, the TV is usually on for cartoons or wildlife. I remembered BST, and there you are! And thanks to you, live translations, posts, breathing techniques, dances, instructions and attitudes, online courses, and the 7 steps of transformation, I am safely going through a pregnancy.
