The voice is the most powerful resource for self-expression. It can both endear us to others and repel them. It can be a tool to influence other people, it can convey our feelings and emotions, it can be a magnet for the opposite sex, our calling card. Music has had a therapeutic effect for centuries. Our grandparents sang in front of their homes, living out the power of their sound and their emotions. When we sing with our whole soul and our whole body, without stopping the flow that pours out of us, it gives a sense of cleansing, a feeling of fullness, a release from accumulated heaviness, a state of joy.
In this course, Nia gives practical tools for working through the voice to start singing and sounding beautifully, techniques for discovering individual vocal data, ways to make your voice more confident and appealing. As well as therapeutic and meditative tools for harmonizing psychological and emotional states through singing.
The course is perfect for complete beginners in singing, as well as anyone who is passionate about singing.

This course is designed for everyone to connect to a state of inner flow and joy through singing. To shed heavy emotions and be filled with something good. I wish there were more sensual and feeling people in the world! Don't be afraid to jump into that ocean of feelings and live through those waves with confidence.
What might come in handy for the course: a notebook for recording songs; a notebook for recording feelings, emotions, and states; a mood for singing.
The author's approach to teaching is from the inside out, through relaxation and feeling inside. Students learn to feel in the moment, where is the voice now physically in the body?
How is the larynx working, what position is it in, where is the vibration in the body. These little moments are important to track and observe.
We dumb down logic, turn on the observer of states and feelings-what emotions rise, what begins to happen. Every feeling, every emotion is gold that we keep within ourselves, because songs are born from them.
We learn to give permission to relax and experience joy in the process of this course, even if at first nothing works. When there is a positive response of the body to a new action - it becomes much easier to learn, the body remembers faster. Therefore, it is important to remove all negative beliefs from the very beginning, for this we will do a simple exercise.
Work with negative beliefs.
We take two pieces of paper (in a notebook or separately) and on one of them we write down our negative attitudes, everything that we think bad about our voice, for example: I have no ear, no voice; I will not be able to sing; a bear stepped on my ear; I do not like my voice and others will never like it; I will not be able to learn to sing beautifully, etc.
And on the second piece of paper, rewrite the same attitude, but in a positive way, as if you wanted to support your daughter/girlfriend/family member. It should sound convincing.
What is the difference between feelings and emotions?
Feelings are the ocean, the depth, the permanence. Emotions are waves that are understood and dissolve. How are they born in the body?
