Learn secrets of working with the lower chakras - Muladhara, Swadhisthana and Manipura that help us be successful, full of energy and healthy. Open your heart and remove stress from your shoulders and neck.


Lesson 3. Pranayama

Let's practice emotional balance to calm down & clear your mind, achieve more at work and other spheres.


Lesson 4. Morning Awakening

Learn a quick yet powerful complex of exercises for body awakening and energizing all parts of your body.


Lesson 5. Breathwork & Energy Activation

Practice the hammer exercise that activates your brain, boosts energy levels to the roof, removes tension from your shoulders and back. Learn the Breath of fire, also some self-massage techniques for internal organs.


Lesson 6. Meditation “10 Bodies of Consciousness”

One of the most powerful meditations in Kundalini Yoga. This practice helps you eliminate toxins and heavy metals that accumulate over your lifetime. It's a good idea to drink a glass of water before the practice to aid in detoxification.

I live on the island of Bali, but it's not my permanent place; I love to explore the world, travel extensively, and acquire knowledge from the best teachers around the globe.

I've studied under direct disciples of Yogi Bhajan, the founder of modern Kundalini Yoga, including Gurmukh Khalsa, and Alisa Rotenberg. I've received training in Moscow, Mexico, and New York.

I have completed 250 hours of training and have more than 5,000 hours of personal practice.
