In this lesson you will learn two breathing practices so you can feel more calm and relaxed instantly. They are super easy and simple and as you practice them you will feel amazed with their results by seeing how effective they are.
This class is perfect when you are feeling tired and you want a nice and easy class to relax and restore your energy. Your baby will love it too. Also great to do after a stressful day or before you sleep.
This breathing practice will help you to feel calmer and more present during your labor. It helps a lot with helping you deal with pain during labor. Many of my students have done and practiced it during their third trimester and they feel really grateful for doing it.
In this lesson you are going to practice a sequence to help you feel more relaxed, alleviate pain and feel great after practice. You’ll also feel a deeper connection with your baby.

Paula Elisa, has been a Yoga teacher and practitioner for over 15 years and has helped more than 600 pregnant women get through pregnancy with the benefits of Yoga. In fact, she enjoyed many of the benefits of practicing Yoga during her pregnancy.
Author of the e-book Yoga for Pregnant Women, Paula has experience and training inside and outside the country, owner of Espaço Namaste Yoga in Rio do Sul, Brazil.
